Zero pays recorded

I cant process the first pay for the 2022/23 year. Zero pays recorded

    Hi Swetha, 

     

    Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! Can you please confirm the last 4 digits of your product serial number and file ID of the file (This can be found by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight) so I can run a script over your file to resolve this.
